This indicator measures the ability for the community to access the river and includes parks; access points; amenities; and river-adjacent public lands available for walking, swimming, or just enjoying the river. This does not include recreational fishing or river recreation addressed in the Recreation Category such as rafting, kayaking, and other floating craft, but can address tubing.
